The modern day event version of fireside talks is back! Warehouse Eight is hosting the second installment of ‘The Maker’s Setup;’ a casual conference dedicated to passion projects. It is their way of building a community that fosters discovery and inspiration through the knowledge their speakers share.
This run will focus on everything mouth watering and yummy, as it is the Food & Beverage Edition. They’ve gathered four influential speakers from the F&B industry to talk about their passion and creative process in hopes of inspiring attendees to start exploring and working on their own passion projects.
Warehouse Eight is a budding coworking and events space in the artist’s compound of La Fuerza in Makati along Chino Roces and they’re known for their creative and artistic brand. They are the brains behind the Maker’s Setup, a raw platform where the audience sit on the ground in a circular layout with beers in hand while the speaker is in the middle interacting with the entire crowd. It is an intimate set up that really fosters education and engagement – giving everyone the opportunity to share a few drinks with cool and like-minded people over good conversation.
