Terra Incognita Art Exhibit: Vision of Distant Futures, July 2-16 @ Arte Pintura Gallery

Mystics, revolutionaries, or harbingers of doom? In the distant past, soothsayers and shamans have attempted to foretell what lies ahead. Now, attempts are made using machines with predictive vision that can anticipate future events or disasters.

Arte Pintura Gallery’s ‘Terra Incognita’ (or unknown terrain or territory in Latin) challenges eight artists to present their vision of our distant future through works of art narrating dystopian scenarios that only their unique minds can foresee.
