According to a local source, South Cotabato’s local government had already made arrangements with the Dulay family. The wake will be held until May 28.

Be’ Lang Dulay was celebrated for her craftmanship of the T’boli tribe’s  famed T’nalak fiber. Her efforts in preserving and promoting  T’boli culture were recognized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, conferring her the award of “National Living Treasure” (Gawad sa Manlilikha ng Bayan) in 1998.

Rest in peace, Great Lady.
