The 74th Oktoberfest Manila was introduced to the media and friends last September 5, 2012 at the Mindanao Ballroom between 11 am to 3:00 in the afternoon with overflowing beer from san Miguel Corporation. Different German authentic menu prepared by Sofitel that made up a colorful culinary spread such as roasted pork knuckles, roasted calf, laugen rolls, grilled sausages (Hungarian, Veal, Cheese), meatloaf, ham, tasty patty, porkchop pocket, roasted chicken, pretzels and more mouth- watering pastries.
