Jess & Pats is one of a crowd-favorite when it comes to gig venues and the indie scene in Quezon City. Like any other business, they also took a hit with the current global situation. They adapted through food deliveries all across the Metro.
Alexx Esponga and Kloyd Santos Majam, owners of Jess & Pats, also decided to expand their products from food, band merchandise, to specialty coffee and milk drinks: Meticulous by Jess & Pat’s. Fans of the restaurant rejoiced at their new menu addition, but Alexx and Kloyd did not turn their back on their first love: supporting the independent music scene.
Jess & Pat’s partnered up with Marilag Records and Productions to launch Indie Brew: a menu of special music-themed drinks that indie music fans can enjoy while helping bands make more music. Part of the Indie Brew proceeds will go to Marilag Records to help support musicians. Under Marilag Records are indie bands Munimuni, The Ridleys, and Kamara.

Through Meticulous, Jess & Pat’s also supports farmers by using only locally-sourced coffee and fruits for their drinks! Even with just one drink, you can support a lot of causes—including small businesses!
