Uniform Mishap at the 2015 SEA Games

Reports say that Clarence V. Fajardo, who owns World Champion Trading, sent a letter of apology to Philippine Olympic Committee president Peping Cojuangco.

Fajardo reportedly owned up to the mistake, owing it to “human error” on the company’s part.

He also said:

“It was not our intention to create such an awkward situation for the team and for you. We are now working overtime to have these misprinted items replaced as quickly as possible.”

The upside down flag was seen on track and field athletes Eric Cray and Kayla Richardson, who each brought home the gold for their 100 m events.
