Are you still reeling over the latest season of Stranger Things? Apparently, a Stranger Things spin-off series and a Stranger Things stage play are currently in development!

Right after giving us a mind-blowing Season 4, The Duffer Brothers announced their new production company today for film and television projects called Upside Down Pictures. Through it, they “aim to create the kind of stories that inspired the Duffers growing up – stories that take place at that beautiful crossroads where the ordinary meets the extraordinary, where big spectacle co-exists with intimate character work, where heart wins out over cynicism” as well as give us more Stranger Things goodness!

Not much has been revealed about either project. All we know is that the spin-off series is based on an original idea by The Duffer Brothers and that the stage play will be set within the world and mythology of Stranger Things.

Upside Down Pictures is also working on a live-action adaptation of the much-loved anime Death Note, a series adaptation of Stephen King and Peter Straub‘s The Talisman, and an original series from creators Jeffrey Addiss and Will Matthews (Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance).
