When a neighborhood in New York City experienced a blackout last July 13, residents were forced to navigate the city in darkness. However, thanks to the help of some resourceful individuals, the traffic situation didn’t turn into a complete mess. Apparently, the citizens of New York used their phones, flashlights, and lightsabers to save the day. Liam Stack of the New York Times posted about the traffic-navigating Jedi on his official Twitter account.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the power outage was caused by a transformer fire. The blackout affected the West Side of Manhattan and lasted for five hours. Thankfully, there were a couple of Jedi in the neighborhood.
