Sta. Lucia Department Store Spoonful of Flavors: Intercollegiate Cookfest

Sta. Lucia Department Store is offering talented shoppers a venue to their culinary skills via the first-ever Spoonful of Flavors intercollegiate cookfest.
To join, get a registration form at the Customer Service section of Sta. Lucia Dept. Store and purchase a product worth P500 at the Home Section from now up to Sept. 5.
Contestants must wear chef’s uniform during the competition and bring their ingredients,  utensils and three white kitchen towels.They must also bring a title card (white paper, ¼ index card size) with the name of the dish on it.
Contestants must cook Risotto in the elimination round. The three finalists who will be chosen  must prepare an appetizer, main course and dessert for two using a mystery ingredient in the concluding round.
Besides the grand prize, judges will choose the first prize winner, who will go home with P7,000 worth of gift certificates, products and a trophy. The second prize winner will get P 5,000 worth of gift certificates, products and a trophy.
