What Spider-Man: Far From Home’s Runtime Could Mean

There are people in the world who have watched Spider-Man: Far From Home by now; but even before anyone was able to catch the film, a theory has been surrounding its runtime ever since it was announced.

Spider-Man: Far From Home has a total runtime of 129 minutes. If you add that to the runtime of the existing 23 MCU movies, you’ll get the grand total of 3000. The theory states that ‘I love you, 3000’, Morgan Stark’s popular line, was a reference to this number.

Since the line was Robert Downey Jr.’s idea, no one really knew if this is all just a mere coincidence or if the editors over at Spider-Man did this on purpose as a nod to either Tony Stark or the movie franchise as a whole.

However, in a recent interview, Avengers: Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo said that the runtime is a complete coincidence. “We’re not that smart,” Joe Russo said. Still, it’s a cute bit of trivia for Marvel fans.
