Skechers Streetdance Battle 10: Generation of Champions

 

Make way for the one battle that counts: Skechers Streetdance Battle 10. Celebrating a decade of streetdance supremacy, Skechers Streetdance Battle is gathering once again the phenomenal dance crews from high schools and colleges to battle it out for a chance to be a part of the prestigious roster of champions since Year 1.

Skechers Streetdance Battle staged its first streetdance competition back in 2004, bringing together the best dance crews from high schools and colleges on one stage to face off in a stunning display of unmatched skill, creativity, and passion for dancing. The annual battle became the much-awaited streetdance competition as it created a legitimate avenue for the dance crews to showcase their talents and earn bragging rights as the ultimate streetdance champions.

A decade after its inception, the Skechers Streetdance Battle remains to be the premiere stage for the champions of the streetdance community. In this monumental year of the competition, Skechers Streetdance Battle gear up once again for a series of elimination legs leading up to the Final Battle that will determine the 10^th ultimate champions.

College dance crews go head to head on September 27 and 28, 4 p.m. at Ayala Fairview Terraces. Hosted by Show Suzuki, Skechers Streetdance Battle 10 kicks-off with a special performance by A-Team, winner of the 2014 World Hip Hop Dance Championship.

High school dance crews are slated to showcase their skills at the elimination legs hosted by Sam YG on October 4 and 5 at Glorietta, while the remaining college participants will cap off the elimination rounds on October 11 at SM City BF Parañaque. The best of the best takes center stage for the Final Battle on November 15 at the Mall of Asia Arena, where the reigning victor stands to win cash prizes, Skechers footwear, and the coveted title as this year’s ultimate streetdance champions.

The Skechers Streetdance Battle 10 is presented by Skechers GOrun3, Skechers SKCH+3, Skechers Time, and Skechers Apparel.
