Skechers Streetdance Battle 10: Final Eliminations
The Skechers Streetdance Battle is the biggest dance competition in the Philippines. Already on its 10th year, it holds elimination rounds—free of charge—in SM malls across Metro Manila. High Schools and colleges vie for places in its final battle previously held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
The last of five elimination rounds was held in SM City BF Paranaque last October 10, 2014 with twenty-two teams battling for a place in the finals. Seven of the twenty-two were chosen to compete against the other qualified teams at the final battle for chance to win the “biggest, toughest, and hottest streetdance competition.”
In no particular order, the seven teams are: The University of the Philippines Streetdance Club (UPSDC), Olivarez College Street Enomenos, The Company of Ateneo Dancers (CADs), University of the Philippines Los Banos Street Jazz Dance Company, University of the East Caloocan’s Armada, and University of Perpetual Help Las Pinas’ Perpetual Street Dance.
The Skechers Streetdance Final Battle will be held on November 15, 2014 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
