LOOK: These abaca plant baskets are aDOGrable, and we want them now

When bored, it’s easy to get lost in the jungle of posts on Facebook. It’s a forest of memes, buy-and-sell posts, food photos, and tons more where that came from. And every so often, a few cute items catch your attention. It’s probably why I, a hoarder, have ended up making one too many impulse buys in this month alone.

And I’m proud to say that my recent discovery is something that is…well, aDOGrable. Pun intended.

Just look at that cute face! I’m in love with it already.

Whether you’re a Plantita (or a Plantito), a dog lover, or both, we bet you’ll love these Abaca Shih Tzu Plant Baskets. And yes, they’re made with natural abaca fibers.

Posted by Facebook user Arielle Red in the Plant Hub Philippines Facebook group, this cute basket features a fluffy Shih Tzu’s face interwoven in front with abaca fibers, complete with black, beady eyes. The dimensions for each one are 4.5 inches diameter by 5 inches in height — perfect for your potted plants!

A basket costs PHP 600, but the price drops when you buy more. Each basket is priced at PHP 550 if you buy 5 of them, while it can even go to PHP 500 for 10 pieces. Take note that shipping is still not included in these rates and can vary depending on location.

These baskets are all made-to-order and will require 2 to 3 days for production. For orders and inquiries, you can contact Arielle via Facebook. And although they’re meant for plants, I’ll be using them for other stuff too — that’s for sure!
