Netflix announced the renewal of the critically acclaimed high school dramedy Sex Education for another season.
This was revealed through a streamer via a video on its U.K. Twitter account.

The series centers on teenager Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield), an inexperienced, socially awkward high-school student who lives with his sex-therapist mother (Gillian Anderson). Otis is a reluctant expert on sex but comes to realize he can use his knowledge to gain status at Moordale High School, teaming up with bad-girl Maeve (Emma Mackey) to set up an underground sex-therapy clinic for fellow students.
Season 2 dropped on the streaming platform in January.
The last episode of the current season left a lot of fans wondering what will happen to Otis, Eric, and the other high schoolers. Soon, we will find out with the third season.
There are no details yet as to when season 3 will be out on Netflix but production is slated to begin this year.
According to Netflix, season 1 of Sex Education was one of its most popular originals during its release. It has earned over 40 million member views worldwide within the first four weeks of dropping on the platform.
