“Schokoladenhaus”, UP Society for Hotel and Restaurant Progress Annual Chocolate Buffet 2014
Straight from the University of the Philippines, The UP Society for Hotel and Restaurant Progress press to you its annual Chocolate Buffet, giving you a wide variety of chocolate and desserts that are sure to satisfy your craving for sweets.
The Chocolate Buffet kicked off with the goal of providing quality food and service while arranging a venue for the UP SHARP members to explore the hospitality industry by taking roles of the Dining room, Kitchen, Sales and Housekeeping departments. With themes like Neverland and Japanese Maid Cafe, it has been sought-after in recent time. It is a night long event handled solely by the members of UP SHARP. From fixing up the decor, ambience, down to the food, these students truly show the passion for quality and service.
This year’s Chocolate Buffet is centered in the story of Hansel and Gretel with the title “Schokoladenhaus”, the Chocolate Buffet will serve up German-inspired dishes and a buffet of desserts. It will be held at the Tearoom, College of Home Economics, UP Diliman. Doors to the Schokoladenhaus open at 5:30 PM on February 15, 2014.
