Wedding bells are finally ringing for longtime lovers Matteo Guidicelli and Sarah Geronimo!

Matteo took to Instagram to post a sweet photo together with Sarah with the caption, “I love you my love, now and forever.” But what instantly captured the attention of friends and fans was the sparkling diamond ring Sarah had on her finger!

Immediately after Matteo’s announcement, his brother, Paolo, shared a photo of Sarah on his Instagram and congratulated them both.
