Sage Bar at Makati Shangri-La has elevated the standard of mixology by bringing celebrity mixologist Cihan Anadologlu to Manila for a week-long performance from April 25 – 29, 2016.

Drinking at Sage Bar has felt like a red carpet experience all week, thanks to Cihan’s expertly designed signature cocktails. Cihan is actually known for designing drinks for the Oscars, GQ Awards, and Governors Ball, so getting a taste of Hollywood with inspired cocktail creations such as Cigars & Drinks, The New New Yorker Sour, and the Makati Mule—a vodka and homemade ginger beer concoction – was definitely an unforgettable experience.

“The key to success is hospitality, creativity, and most especially young bartenders who want to learn and bring their passion to another level,” shares Cihan.

This week-long special celebration aimed to raise the stature of Sage Bar by adding excitement and a touch of class to the Manila bar scene. Sage Bar plans on filling 2016 with more international mixologists in the coming months, as well as an impressive lineup of jazz performers all year round.
