Rupi Kaur is a 23 year old, contemporary Canadian feminist poet and writer. She is famous for her debut book of poetry, “milk and honey“. She began her poetry online through the social media websites Instagram and Tumblr. The common themes found throughout her works include abuse, femininity, love, and heartbreak.
