UP Junior Finance Association (UPJFA) prides itself in forming students leaders who are driven to make professional, sustainable, and impactful decisions in using finance as a tool for nation-building. We develop finance professionals by being the hub for effective education, competitions, and opportunities for multifaceted growth.
UPJFA has successfully lined up different projects to enhance financial knowledge in the past years. On November 11, 2017, from 8 am to 4 pm, we are very much excited to present the second installment of UPJFA’s Return on Investment (ROI): Gain the Edge at the UP Diliman School of Economics Auditorium.
  This year’s ROI is a one-day finance summit that will bridge 300 senior high school students, from grades 10-12, to opportunities that will expand their knowledge on investing, entrepreneurship, and career planning to ultimately cultivate a more financially literate youth. ROI reaches out to different high schools both inside and outside Metro Manila to share knowledge and create exhilarating experiences.
ROI 2017 offers a diverse set of workshops within the summit. These workshops will be teaching topics in finance that range from investing in the stock market to basic valuation methods, and other specialized topics in finance to supplement delegates’ learnings in their classes. Through ROI, we hope to start the wave of a more financially literate generation that will help build the nation.
As a participant of ROI, you will have the opportunity to gain an alternative learning experience and immerse yourself in workshops that can provide supplementary lessons to your classes. You will also have the chance to build your network with other student-leaders participating, and with our esteemed speakers.
