The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) announced that the prizes of their RT-PCR will now be 25% cheaper. The RT-PCR saliva and swab tests will be priced at Php1,500 and Php2,800 respectively. The prices will be effective today, September 4.
According to PRC concurrent chairman Richard Gordon, they are lowering prices to help people. “With the lower price of tests, we could test more and help more people,” he said.

The Philippine Red Cross is one of the cheapest RT-PCR testing facilities and has conducted four million tests on its 13 molecular laboratories nationwide.
They have testing sites all over the Philippines and offer drive-thru testing in multiple sites and both saliva and swab tests are accepted for work and travel requirements.
