Calling all fans of everything hot and spicy! The search for your new favorite spicy chicken sandwich is over. Ray’s Hot Chicken will satisfy all your cravings for fiery and spicy dishes.
Ray’s Hot Chicken started as a food delivery service in 2020. They proudly serve Nashville-style hot chicken which is dipped in chili oil and their very own Nashville hot seasoning.
If you’re a huge fan of spicy food, you’ll definitely enjoy their menu items.
The highlight item on their menu is, of course, the Hot Chicken Sandwich (PHP 189). This signature crispy chicken sandwich features a massive slab of crispy boneless chicken coated in their original spicy seasoning. It’s sandwiched in fluffy tasty buns and has a delicious sauce that beautifully complements the spice.
If one fried chicken isn’t enough for your sandwich, they also have the Hot Chicken Sandwich with Bacon. And if that’s still not enough to satisfy the carnivore in you, you can have the Double Chicken Sandwich which has two fried chicken pieces, have it with bacon, or just add more fried chicken!
Their Hot Wings (start at PHP 169) is also a must-try and an instant favorite for us. They’re crispy, juicy, and tender, plus exceptionally flavorful. You can get them in 4 to 8 pieces, and you can also choose to have them served with rice.
The Hot Wings and Hot Chicken Sandwich come in a variety of heat levels: weak (no spice), sweet yet spicy, Nashville hot, and F’ing hot.

Be warned though, because I was genuinely surprised to see their “F’ing hot” Hot Wings topped with loads of chili; so maybe choose that only if you consider yourself an expert with extremely hot wings. If you’re just dabbling in spicy food, then you’ll enjoy the “sweet and spicy level” and maybe even the “Nashville hot” level.
These spicy wings and chicken sandwiches really had us sweating and blowing hot air, but the pain was definitely worth the foodie experience.
Aside from the signature wings and crispy chicken sandwiches, you can also enjoy sides and starters such as fries, nachos, and their savory mac & cheese.
They also have Tex-Mex dishes such as their Chicken Burrito and Shrimp Burrito, which are both so good, so flavorful, and so filling. They also have the new Quesadillas which are available in the original just cheese, or in cheesy jalapeño if you also want the spice.
Wherever you are in the Metro, you can easily enjoy these amazingly delicious hot and spicy dishes because they currently have 11 locations. They already opened their dine-in and take-out locations in SM City Fairview and Eastwood City, and they’re now gearing up to open their first franchised store in Project 8, Quezon City!
Ray’s Hot Chicken offers super sulit meals and dishes that will make sure you’re filled with hot and spicy goodness. With their menu and their flavorful offerings, you’ll enjoy Ray’s Hot Chicken even if you’re not such a fan of spicy food.
