If the weather hinders you from taking a dip in the beach, no worries—you can indulge yourself in their salt-water pools, a water treatment that is gentle on the skin and the environment. The Strand also offers a butler service, although I wasn’t able to meet our designated butler since we always go out to try Boracay’s activities. The staff is attentive and friendly. Whenever they come across you, they will always greet you with smiles on their faces.
They don’t have a shuttle, but they can assist you in getting a tricycle ride. The tricycle ride from The Strand costs Php 100 which is somehow reasonable enough because it’s a special ride. You can also walk from the resort to the main road and wait for a tricycle there. It’s a hop on hop off ride which costs Php 15 per person.
Breakfast is included in the room rates and they offer a wide range of menu from Filipino to American dishes. All in all, our stay was definitely great. We really wished we could have stayed longer. #sepanx
