Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo celebrated her 24th birthday. Her longtime boyfriend, Neil Salvacion, has a sweet birthday message for her.
On Instagram, Neil posted photos of the beauty queen with a heartfelt birthday greeting.

“I still get so emotional and felt so surreal seeing you achieving all the dreams and harvesting all the blessings you deserve for all the hardworks you’ve done since you were young,” Neil wrote.

In the caption, he talked about how hardworking Rabiya is and how she had to sacrifice a lot of things to achieve her dreams. Neil also said that being proud of Rabiya’s success is an “understatement.”
