Polland Hopia has been baking traditional Chinese-style hopia since 1966. For half a century, their signature flaky crust and melt-in-your-mouth filling have been delighting customers for generations.
I, being a hopia-lover, a self-proclaimed foodie, and a Fil-Chi (lol), can identify a good hopia when I smell it. And, ladies and gentlemen, Polland Hopia is a winner. I was fortunate enough to be allowed inside their commissary and saw how they bake their hopia daily!

They have flavors ranging from the traditional Mongo Special (Yellow Mung Bean cake) and Hopia Baboy (Savoury Wintermelon cake) to the more out of the ordinary Pandan Hopia, Durian Hopia, and Ube Queso Hopia. They are also known for their other items like the Tikoy (Glutinous Rice Cake) and Mooncakes. During special Chinese festivals like Chinese New Year, we even offer handpainted fish shaped tikoy and GOLD BAR tikoys! This Christmas season, they are offering their sampler box of 10 different flavors that they bake, namely: Mongo Special, Hopia Baboy, Black Mongo, Ube Hopia, Hopia Dice Mongo, Hopia Hapon, Hopia Kundol, Hopia Pinya, Hopia Ube Queso, and Hopia Ube Langka.  Normally, a box of hopia retails at 45 pesos, with the combination flavored ones selling for 55 pesos each. But for this set, they are selling it at a promo price of 450 pesos only, complete with a shiny red and gold box, gold elastic band, and gift tag. Perfect for gift giving this holiday season!
