I salute this police …..
The old man accidentally dropped his head on the rough road beside bridge and I saw his forehead with blood then the police approach I know he Just passed by… He stopped and he offered to bring the old man to the hospital I really touched and I salute you. you are a good example to others not just with your colleague but as well with us (people) …give him a credit for being a Good Samaritan…. You made my day!
2 Timothy 2:4 No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier.
The scenario happened at around 8am last Tuesday in Bambang, Pasig City. The 81-year old man was lying under the bridge, and bleeding when Sr. Inspector Rodrigo De Dios approached him to help.
Some of you are probably thinking, “it’s his job to help anyway, so why share this?” Well, though we agree it is part of his job to help people, we also have to realize that many would just choose to turn a blind eye for something seemingly small as this. This officer chose to help not because he needed to, but because he wanted to. A good example and inspiration not just for his colleagues, but for everyone who hears of his story.
