Musicals have a certain way of touching the human emotion. Maybe it’s because of the music; maybe it’s because of the way the characters just burst into song when they have intense feelings. Whatever the reason is, musicals are a sure-fire way to brighten up your day.
So, it’s really no surprise when the first ever musical film featuring acapella numbers, Pitch Perfect, got a sequel a couple of years after its first premiere. And now, people can’t seem to get enough of these acapella masters because there’s a third Pitch Perfect movie coming out–and they just finished shooting it!

Rebel Wilson, who plays Fat Amy in the films, posted an emotional video on Instagram marking the last day of shooting.

In the short video, the main cast of the film, which also includes Anna Kendrick and Hailee Steinfeld, is seen gathered in a circle emotionally talking about their experience with the film.

We are so excited to see the Bellas back in the game! Plus, we’re eager to find out which songs will be getting the acapella version in the film.
