Apart from their airplane-themed place, the thing that makes both Marikeños and city-dwellers love Passenger Seat is the wide variety of food items that they offer. To stay in sync with the resto’s theme, their menu offerings are named after domestic and international destinations, like Palawan, Batanes, and Rome.

Dreaming of Europe? Rome features the house’s creamy white sauce pasta with bacon, mushroom, and ham. On the other hand, France is every seafood lover’s dream; it has shrimp and squid in the house’s homemade salsa sauce.

Chicken wings are also made on their menu! Crispy chicken wings are marinated in the house’s homemade buffalo sauce (New York) and butter cream sauce (Palestine).

Tagaytay is known for their amazing Bulalo, but did you know that you can get it in the heart of Marikina, as well? I can guarantee that the house’s take will make you feel like you’re in Tagaytay!

The crescendo of the Passenger Seat experience features the best of all of the Philippine Islands in one boodle fight feast. Pilipinas is the real deal! The array includes grilled eggplant, okra, salted eggs, daing na bangus, grilled liempo, bagnet, chicken inasal, buttered shrimp, and grilled squid. Served with a huge serving of white rice, Pilipinas can serve up to eight foodies!
