When we were told that Parkour Philipipines (PKPH) had a regular event which they call “Bansay”, we knew we had to bring our cameras there to feature this. Parkour Philippines is a community of Parkour athletes here in the Philippines that want to spread the art form to more people through Bansay.

Bansay is a regular meetup of parkour athletes and enthusiasts in different spots around Metro Manila. This event is open to everyone interested in the sport or anyone who is looking for a different kind of workout. Core members of PKPH are ready and willing to teach and train newcomers with basic parkour moves.

Numerous males, females, and even children have attended past Bansay events. Some were simply curious about the sport, some were really interested in learning the moves, while some were adventurous and looking for something different to do. If you are one of these types of people, contact PKPH and join Bansay! Who knows? If you train hard enough and regularly, you might even become one of the core members of PKPH!
