Convergys, the Philippines’ largest private employer, recently staged YOUNIVERSE: Create, Celebrate in Cebu. Held at the Ayala Terraces, the event reinforced the company’s continued commitment to grow and provide local talent with limitless career opportunities.
The event drew a huge crowd including jobseekers, employees, and other members of the community.
The success of YOUNIVERSE seals Convergys’ dominance in Cebu, with eight sites and 13,000 employees.

The company also announced it is hiring 2,400 additional employees in Cebu from October to December this year, another highlight of the YOUNIVERSE event.
