The long-awaited sequel to Guillermo del Toro’s epically-scaled Pacific Rim is inching closer and closer to its release date! To hype up fans and audiences everywhere, a second trailer has just dropped and it shows off some pretty sweet action. Giant robots, fast-paced battles, and fresh new faces are just some of the thrills we can look forward to!
In this second installment, we’re excited to see a new generation of Jaeger pilot duking it out with the ever-distressing Kaiju. With John Boyega at the forefront of the new blood, we’re sure it’ll be full of all kinds of heart-stopping action!
Some familiar characters will, of course, be returning! Rinko Kikuchi will be reprising her role as Mako Mori alongside Charlie Day’s Dr. Newton Geiszler and Burn Gorman’s Dr. Hermann Gottlieb to name a few. We’re so curious about what’s brewing in this movie! We just can’t wait!
