The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has listed the number coding scheme for today (Friday, April 28) in time for the 30th ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit) that is taking place here in Manila. Coding will be lifted all over Metro Manila today, except for Las Pinas and Makati.
Various diplomats from the ASEAN states will be in Manila for the regional summit, thus bringing about the long weekend that many workers are currently enjoying.
