Supreme Mushrooms Bean Curd Skin Roll (Braised mushrooms wrapped in bean curd skin)
Salmon Chahan (with Saba netsuke, buta kakuni)
Oysters and Pearls (Poached in white wine cream, lumpfish caviar)
The reason why Niu is celebrating with nine mouth-watering dishes is because “Niu” means “nine” in Viking language – which would also explain why Niu has nine stations. Apart from the nine dishes that will be available during the week, patrons can also look forward to their award-winning Binusog na Lechon, carving station and more.
