Former Momoland member Nancy McDonie is the newest international star of Sparkle GMA Artist Center! P.S. This is not an April Fool’s prank!
The agency announced the news on April 1, welcoming the South Korean-American actress and singer to its roster of talents.
“Sparkle proudly welcomes its new international star, Nancy McDonie, to its diverse and stellar roster of talents. Get ready to witness her journey as she shines among the brightest stars in the industry! Welcome to Sparkle, Nancy,” the post read.

Her upcoming projects and activities have yet to be revealed. She’s the second K-pop artist to join Sparkle GMA Artist Center following Lapillus’ Chanty in 2022.
Nancy debuted as a member of Momoland in November 2016. The girl group disbanded in February 2023. Meanwhile, in September 2023, she signed an exclusive contract with start-up agency ATOC. The K-pop artist was supposed to star in the series “The Soulmate Project” in 2020 with James Reid, but it was postponed.
Nancy previously visited the Philippines alongside Lee Seung-gi for the anniversary of a Korean chicken restaurant, BB.Q Chicken.
