17. Basketball

If you are more of a cat lover, on the other hand, you can enjoy the counterpart theme: pretty felines. After the boom in Japan, more and more cat cafes have also started opening here in Manila. This means all you really have to do is find the one nearest you.
We’ve featured Cat Cafe Manila and Uchi No Neko before, but there is also Bengal Brew in Cubao, Velvet Friends Cat Cafe in Blue Bay and Le Cat Coffee Shop in BF Resort. We love them all!
13. Being Upside Down
Talk about creative, this cafe’s theme is all about being upside down and everything there is literally upside down. From the outside itself, you can already feel the theme come alive – so awesome!
And it doesn’t stop there, either. The fun continues inside where everything is upside down, as well! G’s Cafe was conceptualized to be a hangout place for automotive enthusiasts, which his why they have infused automotives into its interior. The result is so cool: a place spiced up with car parts and road signs as decos. Even some chairs were customized to give its customers a unique experience and, at the same time, comfort.

11. Jeepneys
Who says cars are the only mode of transportation that deserve a themed cafe? Gerry’s Jeepney is all about our local mode of transportation (and our logo! Hee!): the jeepney. Aside from the colourful jeepneys, you can enjoy authentic Filipino food, including desserts like cheese and avocado ice cream! Talk about Filipino pride!
