Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss: Get Fresh Ramen Delivered to Your Doorstep

It’s easy to find places that will deliver DIY ramen kits nowadays. You can also easily find ramen recipes for you to make at home. What about the people who don’t have time to cook, though? What if you have a sudden craving for genuinely good ramen or want to surprise someone? I felt like my mom deserved a break from the kitchen recently, so I got some delicious ramen from Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss – and we definitely weren’t disappointed.

Moshi Koshi 2

Moshi Koshi started way back in 2012, which in itself is a testament of how good their food is. They started with the idea of bringing a fresh Japanese noodle bar concept to the Philippines, thereby creating a unique category of what they call a “noodle diner”.

Their Japanese principals are noodle guys who own a noodle factory and 86 soba stores, and who have been around since the 1970s. They helped set up a miniature noodle factory in each of their stores, making sure that the ramen, soba and udon are freshly made in-store daily. They also sought out the best of what Tokyo had to offer in each food category, resulting in a taste that’s true to their Tokyo roots.

Although they are noodle specialists – ramen, soba and udon— Moshi Koshi’s menu is rounded off with the best of Japanese everyday favorites – donburi, teishoku sets, curry and a crowd favorite: bento. They have always strived for consistency in taste that appeal to a broad market with a simple but refined palette—no fusion or any over-the-top dishes here.

The reason why Moshi Koshi has stood the test of time is because they have always stood by a simple principle: to give their customers the best value possible while never compromising on authenticity and taste. Their systems and processes are designed to deliver consistently great Japanese food that stays true to the spirit of the cuisine.

Moshi Koshi has always strived to serve people the food that they deserve and hopefully make them realize the richness of Japanese cuisine. They are not new to delivery; after all, they have been delivering ramen, soba, and udon since 2012. Their ramen broth is more refined, not oily or greasy, so it’s time-tested and proven.

Secondly, they always deliver fully cooked meals. They believe that their customers deserve their food to be cooked the way they know how to cook them – with the right processes, techniques, professional kitchen equipment, and attention to detail. Since they have been in the food industry since 1993, they know that there are potential food safety issues if uncooked meals are delivered, such as cross-contamination and the breaking of the cold chain. They do not want to take that risk, especially since health and safety is top of mind today.

Thirdly, their menu is simple to understand, uncomplicated, and focused. They do not try to be everything to everyone, but they do try to offer the best of what they know to be everyday Japanese food.
