The Morning After: A Taste of Breakfasts of the World

When in Manila, holidays and long weekends are usually spent well for getaways and out-of-town trips with family and friends. One of the most popular go-to places in the South of Manila is the City of Tagaytay, which is famous for its cool climate and breath-taking view of the scenic Taal Volcano at the heart of Taal Lake.

If you’re planning to visit Tagaytay soon, you might want to include a stopover at Nuvali in Sta. Rosa, Laguna to your itinerary. A power breakfast meal is a must to kick-start an exciting trip. The Morning After, located at Solenad 3 in Nuvali can satisfy your breakfast cravings any time of the day.

Once you enter the place, you will be welcomed by its cozy indoor garden vibe. The vertical gardens on the walls, birdcage-like chandeliers, and minimalist windows will instantly make anyone feel relaxed.

The Morning After is only three months old (it opened last May 29, 2015, to be exact), but it has already been getting the crowd’s attention due to their variety of Filipino and international breakfast and brunch meals. Foreign nationals have been visiting the restaurant a lot because they can order their favorite breakfast from their home countries. Filipinos are likewise intrigued to taste breakfast meals from South America, Italy, and Spain, among others.

The restaurant is owned and managed by three couples who work altogether aside from their full-time jobs and who believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As such, The Morning After offers breakfast meals as all-day comfort food for family and friends.
