“It always feels great to be part of something meaningful and purposeful. That is precisely what I felt when our company was invited to join the Metamorphosis Group’s Virtual Career Academy as one of their major partners. And I, as one of the speakers of their virtual booths. It was a joy to witness what innovation can do to lessen the pandemic situation’s negative impact in reaching and helping people build and develop their careers. I enjoyed talking to students and professionals who joined the event. It was interesting to listen to their questions and concerns and respond to them by sharing my knowledge and experience. After the event, I realized that the VCA fair has allowed me to live out my advocacy to inspire and motivate people by sharing my stories about my work and personal life without fully being aware of it.Ā  Congratulations, Danica and the rest of the MG group, for a successful and beneficial event! You guys are amazing! It is always a pleasure working with you.” said Lourayne Gaviola, the General Manager of the Institute for Integrality

“The opportunity to coach at Metamorphosis’s virtual career summit provided us an avenue not just to give practice and coaching sessions to those looking to improve their personal marketing but also gave us, an employer, a good picture of how job candidates tend to present themselves naturally. An opportunity like this doesn’t just open up potential real job offers but is also a way for us to continuously improve the overall recruitment ecosystem. ” shares Shaina Teope, the Regional Editor of Marketech APAC

“The event was just grand! It was well-planned and well thought of. It did not just touch points but rather discussed the whole concept of digitization in the eyes of different industries. As a speaker, I enjoyed how relatable the topic was and how engaged both the panel and the audience were. Metamorphosis Group packaged the event with timely relevant topics that may be intimidating for most but turned it into something that almost felt like talking to a friend. Kudos!” explains Anna Sasaki, the Account Manager of Nextpay Philippines.

The recognition was timely as the company was entering a new phase in the business. ā€œMetamorphosis Group is about to enter a growth phase that will require some uncomfy adjustments.ā€, says the young female founder and CEO, Danica Octa to MGā€™s team and pool of coaches. ā€œYou will be with us in this growth and we are happy that you are. Thank you for being part of the journey! Metamorphosis Group is what it is because of all of you. I know that the public associates MG to my name, but I am done being the only face of the company. As a startup, I was just simply pouring my reputation to the company at first to improve its credibility. But moving forward, I want you to know that the companyā€™s success will also be yours. Because Metamorphosis Group will really stand for what it really means — a “group.” And I am excited to see you help us make that happen. MG is not Danica Octa. MG is all of us!ā€, she adds.
