Chicken cravings satisfied!
Every Filipino knows of Max’s Restaurant. It’s a household brand that’s been around for a long time— an icon, so to speak. And you know what else is equally iconic? Their Fried Chicken. Just imagine: a steaming hot chicken with tender flakes of meat, that thin crisp skin— the kind that you can just tear apart and smear all over banana ketchup? Yum.
(Although admittedly, I’m more of a Worcestershire sauce kind of girl myself. But hey, it still works!)
Now let’s dial it back a bit. Days before the quarantine, Max’s Restaurant debuted their first-ever Max’s Chicken Sandwich— a handheld treat featuring their iconic chicken patty nestled in between two warm brioche buns. The sauce is a mix of sweet banana ketchup and tangy Worcestershire sauce— the best of both worlds. Overall, it’s basically everything that Max’s Restaurant has to offer… in a sandwich, that is.
But then, the quarantine hit, and Max’s, like all other restaurants, was forced to close down.
Not anymore! Just this Palm Sunday, Max’s announced that they’re back in business! That’s right— Max’s Restaurant has opened up several branches for pick up and delivery. The decision came after a careful assessment of their employees’ safety, health and overall well-being. And so, with the go-signal from their team, they’re raring to go. But still following proper protocol, of course.

How to Order
Max’s Restaurant will be entertaining orders through their website, directly in-store, or via GrabFood or FoodPanda. Plus, the cut-off for online deliveries will be at 4PM daily for the safety of their riders. While they’re still ironing out the details, the branches that will be open, along with their corresponding contact numbers can be found here.
