The Mass Media Awareness Month (MMAM) is an initiative of the College of Mass Communication Student Council in University of the Philippines – Diliman. Since its creation in 2010, MMAM has been in the forefront of creating projects and activities that advocate media awareness and literacy inside the university.

But this year…

Mass Media Awareness Month 2012, themed as Think Again, promises to be a bigger, better and more enriching experience. MMAM is opening its doors to high school students and students from other universities through the first Students’ Media Congress! Come and join us as we take on the journey to educate ourselves and our fellow citizens through our different events:  Students’ Media Congress, Media Framing Exhibit, Think Again Campaign and Maguindanao Massacre Commemoration!
