Mexican actress Thalía, who rose to fame in the Philippines for her roles as the titular characters of “Marimar” and “Rosalinda,” just celebrated her 50th birthday!
On Instagram, the Queen of Telenovelas shared photos and video clips of her celebration as she flaunted her figure by the swimming pool. Writing in Spanish, she said in her caption that she is grateful for all the learning experiences throughout her life and the people who continue to love and support her. She thanked her family, her friends, her fans, and God while also reminding everyone that to live your life is to “take into account the most wonderful and important thing of all… LOVE.”

In a separate post, Thalía also revealed that she celebrated her big day aboard a yacht.
Thalía is still active in the entertainment scene, releasing multiple singles since January 2020. She is currently married to music executive Tommy Mottola, with whom she shares two children.
She is considered one of the most successful and influential Mexican artists having sold around 25 million records worldwide, received numerous recognitions from the likes of Billboard Latin Music Awards and Latin Grammy Awards, and starred in a variety of successful telenovelas that aired in over 180 countries. She has also been involved in humanitarian causes and is a UNICEF Mexico Ambassador since 2016.
