Malabon Zoo owner Manny Tangco has made a public call for help as he now struggles to feed his zoo animals while the establishment remains closed due to the COVID-19 quarantine.

For the past two months, Tangco had only been relying on his savings to purchase food and necessities for his animals. With his funds slowly being depleted, he decided to put up a sign outside the zoo in the hopes that people would see it and spread the news.

Here is the current situation of the zoo animals as photographed by The Philippine Star:

Those who would like to make cash donations may do so via Malabon Zoo Foundation BPI Checking Account # 4641000332. You may also call 8361-3064.

Malabon Zoo is located along Gov. Pascual Avenue, Barangay Potrero, Malabon City.
