Lawson’s Lead Vocalist Andy Brown Holds Solo Concert in Manila for the First Time

Andy Brown, lead vocalist of Lawson, is set to hold his first solo concert in Manila this coming Saturday, March 30, at SM Skydome in SM North City Edsa. Andy Brown will be performing hits from his debut album Cedarmont such as “Talk of the Town” and “Lay with Me.” Before pursuing his solo career in 2017, he started as the lead singer and guitarist of the popular British Pop Rock Band Lawson.

During his meet-and-greet with his fans yesterday, he sang two songs from his album which made fans more excited for the upcoming acoustic session. The fans and the press also got a chance to ask some questions. When asked about what made him decide to pursue a solo career, he told them that he wanted to explore his own passion for music by choosing to be more intimate and personal. The pop-rock singer also wishes to collaborate with other artists and explore other genres of music.

Andy Brown continues to inspire his fans and other artists to get out of their shells and pursue what they love and what makes them feel alive. Even if this is his first solo concert in Manila, he’d already performed here as the frontman of Lawson. And according to him, the love of his Filipino fans always brings him back to perform here over and over again. As a matter of fact, he is planning a personal trip where he can go around, travel the beautiful spots, and try Filipino dishes like our very own balut!
