Guys, the trailer of Kingsman 2 is here and we cannot keep our chill.
Three years after the first movie was released, Eggsy is back for a more exciting spy adventure!
The sequel picks up after the events of the first Kingsman film, as the Kingsmen take on a new threat as the Kingsman headquarters is destroyed. Eggsy and Merlin are forced to seek help from the American version of the Kingsman, who are known as the Statesmen.
We know — the name sounds lame, but what they lack in branding, the Statesmen might make up for in action when the film rolls out. Unlike our beloved Kingsmen who are named after the knights of the round table, the Statesmen are straight-up American, with their headquarters in an old Kentucky distillery. This is why their names are pretty heavy on alcohol too: Pedro Pascal’s character is Agent Whiskey, Channing Tatum plays Agent Tequila, while their leader is Agent Champagne, played by Jeff Bridges.
Oh, and a certain beloved agent is alive.
