Kilos Para Sa Kalikasan: Top OPM Artists at the 2017 Clean Air Concert

This November, the Philippines welcomes a tripleheader festivities with the National Clean Air Month, National Environmental Awareness Month and National Climate Change Consciousness celebration.

 In line with this, Earthday Jam Foundation Inc., producers of “Earthday Jam” ( the longest-running and biggest environmental music event in the world),  in partnership with EMB- DENR and SM City North EDSA will stage THE 2017 CLEAN AIR CONCERT  with the battle cry “KILOS PARA SA KALIKASAN: Building A Climate-Resilient and Sustainable Philippines.” This will be on November 21 at the 3rd floor Annex of SM City  North Edsa. The celebration will feature a whole day exhibit from the national eco-friendly and sustainable school awardees that will open on Nov 20 and will run until Nov 22. There will also be exhibits from partners Honda Philippines, 888 Electric Vehicles and the International Academy Medical Specialists(IAMS). Also, admission is Free.

The concert will feature your favorite OPM bands, legendary artists SANDWICH, MAYONNAISE, MOONSTAR 88, GRACENOTE and clean air champ LOU BONNEVIE. Also featured are the acoustic duo  Leanne and Naara and the World performing Arts champions Madonna Decena, Noel Lopez and Anthony Rosaldo.

In-resident hosts Midi Gentica, Joy Velsaco and Roxy take turns in interviewing resource speakers and doing Q & A  segments highlighting the theme “ Green School.” Lucky audiences who will participate will get various corporate freebies and seedlings.

Our young audiences have been clamoring for these kinds of “concert for a cause” events and we are sure they are excited to learn new information from invited resource speakers and network with various school organization to spread the message and not just listen to the music,“ muses Lou Bonnevie, President of Earthday Jam Foundation

“This is our 5th Clean Air Concert and it continues to propagate awareness in everyone’s right to breathe clean air using the tool of music and entertainment,”  creative director Toto Gentica explains.

The audiences are advised to come early to attend the first part Green School awarding and get their places before the music pumps up the venue.
