I stumbled upon KFit before Christmas when I thought to myself, “I will probably need this after the holidays” – and I sure did. However, I don’t want to go to the gym or do hardcore exercises, so I tried looking for cooler classes. I found some that peaked my curiosity like aerial silk, shooting, archery, ballet and pole dancing classes. I thought it would be more compared to the usual gym sessions.

KFit is available on mobile and through their website where you can book your gym sessions and different classes. You can search according to your location, kind of workout and schedule, so you can’t really say that a workout session is too far from you. No excuses.

KFit partners with establishments to give variety to its members. This way, you can find a workout that is perfect for you and your lifestyle.

What I liked the most about KFit is the listing that they have for the night. It is perfect for people who work from 9am-7pm because you can get a workout schedule even until 12mn.

KFit is currently available in Manila, Melbourne, Sydney, Aukland, Singapore, Seoul, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur and Perth.

You can also line up your desired workout and KFit will remind you of your schedule beforehand. Classes are on a first-come-first-serve basis, though, so when you see something you like, it would be highly advisable to book it immediately.
