Katya Santos is now engaged to her non-showbiz partner, Paolo Pilar! The Viva Hot Babe member shared sweet photos from the proposal in Lake Ashi in Japan.

“It all started in 2004. They say it was love at first sight, but I truly believed it was destiny! Now I understand whatever happened in the past needed to happen. The universe has its own way of bringing us back together. We still headed in the same direction. “I loved you once, I love you still. I always have, I always will,” she captioned her post.
Santos’ daughter from her previous marriage, Tala, was also present at the proposal.

Meanwhile, Pilar also posted photos on Instagram. He recalled meeting Santos 20 years ago in Boracay.
“Today, in 2024, I finally asked her to be my wife, with our families, friends, and the majestic Fuji-San as witnesses. I have loved you for 20 years and would continue to do so until my last breath. To forever, my Pungay!” he wrote.

In November 2023, the actress revealed that she underwent In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to get pregnant.
“I’m now currently doing IVF para sa hindi nakakaalam [I’m now currently doing IVF for those who didn’t know], IVF is Invitro Fertilization in short if nahihirapan ka magka baby IVF is the best option for you and yun po ang ginagawa ko ngayon [IVF is Invitro Fertilization, in short if you’re having difficulty in getting pregnant, IVF is the best option for you, and that’s what I’m currently doing],” she wrote in her Facebook post.
