Youth Power: Kabataan Night

Youth Power in the Philippines: Kabataan Night 4

Matters of the heart, gimmicks and parties, computer games and mindless television shows–definitely, the Filipino youth can prioritize things that are more important and substantial than these. Instead, they have limitless potentials and talents to showcase; they can exceed society’s expectations. That is because the youth is simply powerful and youth power is unstoppable. Voice of the Youth Network, a Philippine-based international organization that inform, inspire, involve, and empower the youth, is going to prove all of these during the Kabataan Night 4: Youth Revolution, happening on May 4, 2014, 3:00 PM onwards at Mabuhay Restop in Manila.

Various youth volunteers will lend their talents during the event. Various groups and individuals with exceptional contribution in creating positive social change in the country will also be recognized here. Different organizations will also set up their booths to showcase their advocacies as well as their achievements. These youth groups will also interact with other organizations for possible partnership and covergence to further strengthen youth power in the Philippines.

Apart from these, there will also be a screening of a film about modern day human trafficking, courtesy of MTV EXIT. Mr. Philippines and Ms. Earth representatives will also be there to have a fashion show. Surprise guests will also rock the night and make the event more memorable.

Admission is free but  interested individuals are required to reserve their tickets prior to the event by visiting https://splashthat.
