According to Soompi, BTS members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook talked about the meaning behind their latest album, performing at the Grammys, and more.
One topic of special interest was Jin’s military enlistment. As the oldest member at 27 years old, Jin is at the age that he must enlist in the military.
When asked about his military enlistment, Jin responded: “I think many people are curious about my enlistment, but nothing has been confirmed.”
However, he is clear that he plans to follow through with the mandatory military service: “I’m careful about speaking about this, but I believe it is only natural to accept the mandatory military duty, and I will go when I receive a draft notice, no matter when that is.”
