Istorya Ng Pasko – A Nostalgic Fair on Vintage & Antique Goods

It’s that time of the year when the talk of Christmas decorations, holiday travel plans, and gift shopping arise in the air. With bazaars filling up calendars, each one lined in rows of new products and brands, there comes a nostalgic twist to the weekend affair on December 2 and 3, 2017 at Warehouse Eight, La Fuerza Plaza, Makati.

‘Istorya Ng Pasko’ is the 2nd installment of a vintage appreciation fair that first opened up its doors last March. A charming scene of passionate antique vendors selling vintage typewriters, stamps, coins, cameras, books, spectacle frames and more.

In collaboration with The Curious Artisan and Warehouse Eight, they’re bringing back the intimate gathering of collectors, hobbyists, and enthusiasts over their common love of the past. “We wanted to create an intimate and approachable setting to bridge the gap between people who have been collecting for a long time and people who are not as familiar, but would like to be with pieces from our history,” co-owner of Warehouse Eight Kayla Dionisio shared.

This is a weekend affair focused on the beauty of age, craftsmanship, and thoughtfulness. There will be typewritten greetings originally crafted by poets, a gift wrapping corner with vintage themed accessories and letterpress demonstrations with prints and giveaways exclusively designed for the event.

There will be 12 authentic antique vendors proudly showcasing their collections that will surely pique the curious eye.

Doors open from 10 am till 8 pm.  The entrance fee is PHP 200.
