Along Banawe, a place better known for great eats, stands the Integrity Aesthetic and Wellness Center.
The sleek two story building looks cold and impersonal from the outside, but the atmosphere changes almost immediately when you enter the lobby. When In Manila, this is one of the best looking and most relaxing wellness centers I’ve visited– you instantly feel de-stressed at the environment that welcomes you.
Evelyn Ty, spa owner, greets me at the door. Warm and accommodating, she shows me around the Integrity Aesthetic and Wellness Center.
Integrity Aesthetic and Wellness Center opened its doors to the public last January 13. This is not just your common run of the mill wellness spa. All doctors in the center are well trained and certified by the Philippine Dermatological Society.
The centre also has complete and top of the line facilities, “the Rolls Royce of machines” as Evelyn describes it. Just some of these machines include a low level diode laser for body conturing that gives very safe and immediate results as it does not destroy, but stimulates fat cells; Candela’s Gentle Yag machine for hair removal, a machine so gentle it will not burn any skin type; and the Ellman, an electrocautery device capable of bloodless incisions on the skin.
